The InfoLab now has DUPLEX printing.   You do end up paying for each side, so it doesn't cost less, but you are saving resources.

By default, the printing will be single-sided.

To print on both sides, follow these easy instructions:

On the Windows side:

  1. Select File->Print.
  2. Look at the available printers.
  3. Select the printer with Duplex_Queue in the name.
  4. Click OK or Print, depending on your application.

On the Mac side:

  1. Select File->Print.
  2. Change the Copies & Pages dropdown menu to Layout.
  3. Change the Two-sided Printing dropdown menu from No to
    • Long-edge binding for documents formatted in portrait mode (most written papers)
    • Short-edge binding for documents formatted in landscape mode ("the long way")

For Microsoft Office Documents:

1. Click FILE
2. Click PRINT
3. change printer DUPLEX B&W QUEUE
4. change COPIES & PAGES tab to LAYOUT
5. choose TWO-SIDED LONG-EDGE BINDING
6. click PRINT

For Adobe:

1. Click FILE
2. click PRINT
3. change printer to DUPLEX B&W QUEUE
4. click PRINTER tab
5. choose TWO-SIDED LONG-EDGE BINDING
6. click PRINT

For web-browser:

1. Click FILE
2. click PRINT
3. choose DUPLEX B&W QUEUE
4. click arrow down to extend window
5. click TWO-SIDED (and unclick COLLATED)

Regretfully, you still pay 7 cents for each side.  But you're saving a tree.
